Bug Report(ver 1.6) - Missing the file "mysqld-nt.exe&q

There is an error using 1.6, mysql did not start properly.
The reason I found is that: if you start MySQL in service mode, the file mysqld-nt is missing, so mysql cannot be started.
However, if you use either xampp_start.exe or mysql_start.bat, it can be started successfully!
Can you please fix this bug? thank you very much.
