When I try to turn on mysql I get the error
Error: Mysql service not started [-1]
Please help

- OS?
- XAMPP version?
- Upgrade / new install?
- MySQL service installed with CP/XAMPP installer/batchfile?

win xp sp2
xampp 1.6.0
new install
installed with xamp installer
