phpbb 2 to phpbb 3 (message to Apache Forum Admins)

Hi,

Even if it's still in developement, since beta 5, you can upgrade your phpbb 2 to lastest version of phpbb 3. I would say that it's not completely stable and converter has some bugs, but for programmers like you, I think it would be great for the Xampp Community to upgrade it !
