there are some of installation need the ftp server address in order to proceed...so, how do we go about it?!

Your using filezilla right? ok then go to:

xampp/filezilla/filezilla.exe delete the user not the anon one. create an admin to go to your htdocs folder, the open browser:

ftp://localhost
