Apache Friends Support Forum

im leavin this server on a comp i dont use because someone said it could make it realy slow.. i mostly use my laptop i was going to put it online on my desktop to see if it could handle my forum.. if anything i was going to get a server... if i did that would i be able to transfer my xamp to that?

i need help gettin this online for now.
