xampp-tomcat-addon-5.5.20-2.2.3 fails with current jdk

Java Platform, Enterprise Edition 5 SDK installed as is
Java(TM) SE Development Kit
Install fails with the message "SUN Java 5 SDK win32 not found. Unable to get install path."
Best resolution is a version of the addon which will work with the current SDK but a workaround gladly accepted.
Would also like to install "admin" and "manage".
