Since I start Apache my internet connection reply "not found" for every http request while instead all the https request works fine as always.

When I stop Apache my internet connection begin to work properly.

I had this problem for 6 months. And 2 days ago I formatted my PC hoping in a solution.. but nothing's changed.

Someone could help me?

do youe use a router or something like this or a direct connection to the internet?

try to stop programes like Skype or P2P Software (emule, kazaa, ...) and only for testing also the firewall and the antivirus-program.

shit.. I think that the problem is in the avast antivirus firewall because if I restart it (stop and start after seconds) localhost and internet navigation begin to work as expected....

Try your Windows XP SP2 firewall settings if you are using it, or better still disable it and use a real one.
