Why are you posting this here?
You seem to be well experienced in forum spamming.
It has that familiar aroma of forum link s-p-a-m about it especially when it is cross posted and more so when it is your first forum post and includes an image link in your BBCode to the software's web site.
This kind of forum spam is designed for search engine bots to find a link back to a site in the bbcode and then to hopefully raise the page rankings for the spammer.
Just another spammer's trick and should not be tolerated in a respectable forum like this.
Moderators should take a very close look at this and act accordingly.
This is an XAMPP support forum.
Do you have any issues with your XAMPP installation or operation of any of the XAMPP components?

Thank you Izzy for your kind reply and NO im not trying to spam this forum.
I have just started learning MySQL/PhP and was suggested by a friend to test out this local server Apache. After long hours of testing, i was able to create database using PhP/Cpanel. But was never able to set up the layout like the picture I posted above.. I am just trying to set up a adress book for my personal use.
I just thought ppl here might have the experiences and could give me some helps.
but anyways thanks
