can't log in to phpMyAdmin

Hi,
I think I've made big mistake. I deleted a user called pma in mysql.
And I can't log in to phpMy Admin as a root:
#1045 - Access denied for user 'pma'@'localhost' (using password: NO)

Is there any help?
