Zend Optimizer not installed

I have a problem, so please help:
- I have download a PHP Script, but he say when i opent it in Internet Explorer "Zend Optimizer not installed", so i go to his site and install that...
But the message dont go away he still say that it is't installated. I have try many version of it from the latest to the first on, no affect!
Just like i say please help me!
