Since I added the OCI for an oracle connection Apache decides to crash quite frequently. unfortunately I have not been able to narrow down exactly what steps cause it. It happens most frequently with the Create Ticket Button.

Can anyone offer some useful advice?

Just after Apache "crashes" what is entered in the xampp\apache\logs\error.log file or the Windows Application Event Viewer?
