remove remote access to pma and root when set to localhost

Hi.

How can i remove access for other computers then localhost to access the root and pma user?
They are both set to localhost in phpmyadmin, but i can still access them from another computer.
I consider this a huge security threath since the pma user don't have a password.

How can i remove this access, so remote computers only are allowed to use % categorized users?
