I am new to XAMPP Lite, so please bear my questions
I have XAMPP Lite 1.5.4a and i have folowing questiosn
-how i can change the apache http port from 80 to 8080 ?
When i install apache it asks about the port if port is already in use but i do not know hoe to change the port with XAMPP Lite .

-How to enable mysql root access from remote computers ?

Directive "Listen" in "httpd.conf".

phpMyAdmin -> Privileges:
Change "host" field for user "root" from "localhost" to "%" (all hosts).
