Connecting to mysql from outside

I 've got xampp installed on a computer, I also got some another computers here at home (they are connected via a router).
Now I want to connect from one of those computers to my mysql database.
Then what do I need to fill in for host?
I tried already to use the name (//fileserver/ in my case), but it doesn't work.
