i alwasy to clean my tmp ..it is rubbish in my pc..

but xampp .is not work ..

i always go in my host..

What happened was the cleanup program, or however you cleaned up your computer deleted the lang.tmp file in the xampp folder. Just go to the xampp folder under htdocs and create a new blank text document and rename it to lang.tmp Then log back into xampp and it will ask you which language you want to use, and its fixed.
