Where is the mySQL command line client?

Where do I find the mySQL command line client, i have looked in C:\Program Files\xampp\mysql\bin but cant seem to find it.

ok but where? how do I start it

Open a command prompt (cmd.exe), go to that directory, type the name of the client you want use and hit 'enter'.
