PHP MyAdmin missing file: sql.php

Hello,

Two weeks ago my PHP MyAdmin worked correctly. Right now it doesn't. I am missing the sql.php file. Also the look of PHP MyAdmin changed; first it was in a orange look, now the look of PHP MyAdmin is blue.

I am sure that i didn't change a thing.

Has anyone a clue?
