The zip file you gave in the above post still contains the wrong files.

I suggest you delete your current attempt at a MegaUpload installation and delete all the files you currently have.

Then download a fresh megaupload-1.45.tar.gz from the Sourceforge site.

Then read the INSTALL file (drag it into your text editor) and also read the checklist.html file in the Docs directory.

Change the Shebang line in all *.cgi files to your perl.exe path (is C:\program\xampp... correct or should it be C:\Program Files\xampp..)
#!C:/program/xampp/perl/bin/perl.exe -w

Copy the cgi-bin files in the archive to your xampp\cgi-bin directory. Then follow this item in the INSTALL file:
Code: Select all
4) If your web server's cgi-bin is NOT labeled as cgi-bin you will have
to edit the upload.php and replace '/cgi-bin/upload.cgi' with what
ever your path is. Also open header.cgi and change the line that
starts with php_uploader to match your PHP scripts url.

Don't change any other files only those mentioned in the documentation and only the items they ask to be changed to your own paths.

Read the Docs here:
http://www.raditha.com/php/php-upload.php

Particularly the FAQ and this item:
Can I install the php edition without placing files in the cgi-bin?
Yes. Place an AddHandler cgi-script .cgi directive in a .htaccess file in the same folder that you choose to install the scripts.

There is a MegaUpload Forum here and I suggest you use it rather than here:
http://sourceforge.net/forum/?group_id=87646

IMHO it seems your MegaUpload files are all messed up and require to be replaced with the original ones you downloaded.

You will be forever going round in circles and getting absolutely no where with your current files and installation.
