Set up domain?

Hi, Im completely new to Xammp, first time user and got it running fine. but i would like to know how to set up my domain to point to my server? after searching google i didnt seem to find anything of any use, help would be great. thanks

Where do you want your domain to point to your server from?

Is your domain name registered at a domain name registrar if so which one?

Have you looked at zoneedit.com or no-ip.com or any of the other free DNS services?

Have you searched the English Windows for XAMPP forums as this question gets asked and answered many times?

IMHO, when you have done some reading and had a go at it, post back if you get stuck after that. It's the best form of learning as you get more of an understanding of how things work.
