When I try to send mail from my localhost it gives me the error Warning: mail() [function.mail]: SMTP server response: 553 We do not relay non-local mail, sorry. in D:\XAMPP\xampp\htdocs\z\best mail form\mail.php on line 96

wtf ?! ..plz help

& with Mercury I can't send mail ..
