XAMPP stops serving pages

the server is running XAMPP and wordpress, and it's configured, but it stops serving the page (theredx.be) periodically, and decides when to start again

So basically it works fine at times, and then a few minutes later it just stops working. The computer is still working fine, still does anything else fines, even works fine on the net, but no longer serves the page.

WTF?

I've tried reinstalling XAMPP multiple times too, with the same results.

Can you check the xampp/apache/logs/error.log and/or the access.log immediately after the pause occurs?

I have a feeling it may be Wordpress confuguration (check their web site) issue or an apache httpd.conf setting or an httpd-default.conf setting or even a mySQL database issue.

The error logs might give more clues to this mystery.

That's pretty much the only crap edited on my HTTPD

BTW the server randomly started working *again*
