Domain Problem help

I have a problem,
i have one domain registered and without hosting.
I want to host in my PC (localhost)
i think in my pc is sample to configure, but they does not accept as nameservers only IP and must be a host
how i can make a host to localhost to send him
I have maked already at no-ip.com a domain but, work with him ? i don't tryed...
I sayd this to manny ppl and nobody don't know
