http://127.0.0.1 username and password XAMPP windows

hi,

first i tried to install tru the xampp.exe (installer basic)

then, i tried to follow the quick installation steps...but problem on step 3

Step 3: Start your browser and type http://127.0.0.1 or http://localhost in the location bar. You should see our pre-made start page with certain examples and test screens.


problem:

there is no pre made start page and there is login pop up dialog box...

questions:
- what is the username and password for this...
- have i miss something
- are all needed apps installed already...

Sure

there is no pre made start page and there is login pop up dialog box...

After three wrong logins you get an error page. Please read this page carefully and IHMO it's not an Apache error page?
