awstats on xampp

i am installing awstats to apache xampp going by these instructions on this page seems to be down or want open for me http://xampptutorials.com/ is there another site might have tutorials for awstats?

It looks like it is down for me also but must only be temporary.

thank you izzy......can you tell me were to install the perl and the awstats?/ does it go into the apache folder it self in xampp or into the htdocs folder?
