how can another person use ftp and upload files to my htpdocs threw filezilla?

Once you have configured FileZilla to allow uploading and all the other details, then you would provide your ftp access details to your users. They would then configure their ftp client or enter the correct address in the browsers address bar.

Each ftp client is different as to how it is configured.
Basically it would need your ftp servers address:
yourftpserver.com

the port is is to use:
21

the username:
username

the user password:
password


In the browser it usually looks like this:
ftp://username@yourftpserver.com

you should then be prompted for a password to enter for that user.

I assume this is basically what you are asking for. If not then you need to elaborate more.

i set up a user and password....had a friend try to login to my htpdocs folder got it set on filezilla she used ws ftp pro by using username@domainname.ws with name and password i have set up and wouldnt let her login she also used just cybercon.ws my domain name not letting connect

it want even let me connect unless i use the 127.0.0.1 then password and name

got it to working thank you for patients and help greatly apriciated but the vhost i still do not under stand or can get to work with apache xampp guess i am lame in that department lol
