postgreSQL, Python, pgMyAdmin add to XAMPP installation?

I can download postgreSQL, Python, and pgMyAdmin packages and would like to add them to my existing XAMPP installation if possible.

Anyone know if this is posssible? Do I just have to drop them into the XAMPP folder? Do I need to make batch files?

Even if I could only add Python that would be great, anyone do that yet? Can I just add Python interpreter to cgi-bin folder?
