Hello I have a problem with the htaccess here the error

This Serveur  victim of an internal error and to make succeed your request was not able. Either the server is overloaded or it acts of an error in script cgi.

Look into the "error.log".

As you can read in the "error.log":
You can't use "<Directory ...>" inside a ".htaccess".
