Is the sourceforge download apge not working or soemthing?

That doesn't work. Can anybody tell me of another way to download it? Torrents, mirrors, etc.?

It's working fine for me. Clear your browser cache and try again. It may have been down when you tried as is often the case with sourceforge sometimes.

I did that. Still doesn't work.

Can you give me a direct link to a download from a mirror?(preferably close to Washington D.C.,USA)

On the above page that for some unknown reason you can't access there are 14 mirror sites:
