Can't use a directory named "admin"

Postby oldguy » 10. July 2006 06:34

Tried to use a sub directory named "admin" in one of my vhost directories and the system won't let me.

http://localmbi/admin

Gives this error: [an error occurred while processing this directive] You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server. [an error occurred while processing this directive]

Any other name and it works fine. Tried finding something in the conf files related to "admin" name but found nothing.

I'm scratching my head over this one.

Found the problem. http.conf has admin as an alias for phpmyadmin. Removed it and I can now access directory /admin
