Broken video download

I'm using XAMPP 1.5.3a for a production site and I've noticed broken downloads for .wmv files.
I've tried Win32DisableAcceptEx commented and uncommented and still the same problem.

The problem arise only when streaming wmv files.
In a normal download, the video downloads itself pretty fast and with no errors.


Any suggestion?
