Getting XAMPP To Slow Down?

I have built a flash jukebox, and need to test it out.

Is there anyway i can slow down xampp from something which seems like 11MB/S to about the speed of the average broadband.

At the current speed, the loading of the MP3 files which are loaded is instant, which means i don't get to see if the nify preloader works.

Install netlimiter

That will show you everything on your system using your lan

You can then reduce the speed to anything you like.

Thanks for that, but the program is a full-feature 28 day demo (unless i buy it of course). Does anyone know of anything like this that is reliable and free?
