Is it posible to run XAMPP from CD-ROM?

I developed web application in PHP-MySQL. Application only read data from MySQL, don't write anything. Can I setup XAMPP to write data (logs, session) on hard disc while it runs from CD?

XAMPP on CD give only as an Live-CD with linux

i have no LINK for that any more... maybe a User remember for it.
