problem with dreamweaver 8 and live data view of php code

Hi Folks,
First congratulations to the developers of this installer software. FANTASIC! Worked like a charm on windows 2000 professional. I just installed the newest version yesterday. Everything is working fine other than minor adjustments that will need to be made.
General information before I ask my question:
Running windows 2000 professional
Installed XAMPP in the C drive under. See image at

I've set up dreamweaver 8 for local developement using xampp.
Here are the settings. See images below for the settings:

When I attemp to run live data view in Dreamweaver 8 to watch my php code to get executed I get the following error. See link below:

Any suggestions on the settings. I have no problems with live data view on my remote web hosting company.
