Error - Path to cgi

Hi I'm having problem with installing MovableType 3.2

I used this tutorial, but I got equal error as,

but I can't solve the problem.

I installed XAMPP Windows 1.5.3a and Perl 5.8.7-2.2.2 addon,

Update: I got it working with

#!"C:\Program Files\xampp\perl\bin\perl.exe" -w

as path to Perl.
