I see no documentation, about mod_reqrite, does the program support it?

I have transfered my latest betta of
http://entertainment-cms.com
to it, but i notice when i try to use .htaccess which uses mod_rewrute it shows html errors, just like 404 ones.

Open httpd.conf and uncomment # at line 118 (my line 118)

LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so

Save the file, Close it, and Restart XAMPP by clicking “xampp_restart.exe” in your XAMPP folder
