i have just a little problem on my site!

When i go to my site the first page is a .html page with logo when you click NEXT you come to portal ( here is the problem ) where i have to wait that all of the images are loaded before i can go to forum or any other place on my portal!Can it be done in xampp so that i dont have to wait for images to load,before i go to my forum!

I noticed on other sites that you click on forum and it goes there,but not all of the images are loaded,on my portal you have to wait for all images to load,and the you are redirected to forum!
