Apache Friends Support Forum

I get this error message when I try to start MySql.

I had been following these instructions: http://www.tamba2.org.uk/wordpress/xampp/

But I cannot get past starting Apache. Apache starts, but not MySql.

I googled this but couldnt find any solutions. Does anyone have any ideas for me?
