Hi
I use xampp 1.5.1 for iwndows.
After I unpack the xampp to my hard drive.
Everything include SSL working well.
But there is one thing I don't quite understand.
When I use https:// it will take almost 20 to 30 secconds to open the web page.
Could you please help me to reduce the time? How to tuning to let it get great performance?
