new to xampp Apache and php need help with .htaccess

I am new to xampp Apache and php. I got this error not sure how to configure the .htaccess file to fix the problem.
here is the error:
Warning: main(tpl_unsecure.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\WWW\mykonnex\_local\site\home\index.php on line 14
Fatal error: main(): Failed opening required 'tpl_unsecure.php' (include_path='.;C:\Program Files\xampp\php\pear\') in C:\Program Files\xampp\htdocs\WWW\mykonnex\_local\site\home\index.php on line 14
