Problem when installing Movable Type 3.2

Hi all, i have been using xampp for a long time. But just for php files :oops:

This is my first time using .cgi and perl.
I want to try to installing Movable Type 3.2 with xampp 1.5.1

I use this tutorial to installing MT.

I almost finish until i check to my http://localhost/cgi-bin/mt/mt-check.cgi
I got this error
Server error!

The server encountered an internal error and was unable to complete your request.

Error message:
couldn't create child process: 22: mt-check.cgi

If you think this is a server error, please contact the webmaster.
Error 500

My error.log says:

this is incorrect:
#!C:\Program Files\xampp\perl\bin\perl.exe -w
it should be:
#!C:/Program%20Files/xampp/perl/bin/perl -w

or in your case it would be:
#!/xampp/perl/bin/perl -w
if you want you can also use:
#!G:/xampp/perl/bin/perl -w
