Everything is working fine, except of one thing.
I have a phpBB2 forum on my pages and every time i try to click on the new topic button one of the (two) apache.exe process cpu usage jumps to 99, I get stuck and never get to the posting page.
When i end the process in the taskbar everything starts to work until I press the new topic button again.
I have read here on the forum about similar problems but the solutions I have found haven't been to any help (for example; enabling Win32DisableAcceptEx in conf\extra\httpd-mpm.conf (could not find it in \conf\httpd.conf\) ).
I have also tried to tweak the ThreadsPerChild, MaxRequestsPerChild values without any result.
I have redirected and opened port 80 tcp on both my router/firewall and configured my software firewall to open port 80 aswell.
Im running XAMPP 1.5.1

I am not a pro in these things but I understad that there is a somekind of a problem with the "child process". I have opened port 443, but it didn't help at all.
If someone knows or even has a clue what this is all about, I would be very thankfull.
