Issues with Cold Fusion Server v7.x

Has anyone had the problems with loading and running CFServer as I am with Xampp? I loaded with the connector to the apache config and exe file. Now - Apache won't start. I'm sure it is because of a call to the mod within Cold Fusion server/bin/ mod file. Has anyone ran into this as well?
