Need some help please?

When i finished the installation of XAMPP 1.5.1 i had this error:

i had got this error too but for me it had occured bcoz yahoo messenger was using port 80 at that time for some reason

was ur yahoo messenger open or any other messenger or skype while installing

oh yeah skype and MSN mess. is this a critical error or not?

now i have other error

ok listen uninstall everything and then install xamp latest version but b4 starting installing cloose messengers bot msn and skype and all the other work u are doin
and then install it
Exit msn and skype
