LimitRequestBody

Hi,

I'm having upload issue when uploading files to the mysql database. I set the max and post files in the php.in already. I need to find the php.conf file or any conf file that has the limitrequestbody. Somehow, I'm limited to 2mb upload to the db. Any suggestions?
