Apache Friends Support Forum

When I try to start Apache in the XAMPP control panel it imidiatly shuts itself down again. Does any one have a idea what could be wrong?

I think I ound the problem could it be Skype?

Anyway I can't figure out how to uninstall Skype.

Sure. Skype is using the same port as Apache.

AFAIK like every other Windows software:
--> control panel --> software
or ask the skype support.
