When the computer is on and nobody logged in, everything is OK.
When I login as administrator, everything is OK.
When I logout, it stops and then, if I restart the computer everything is OK again.
Windows XP SP2
Running mysql and apache from xampp service
Panda antivirus.
socket 8080.
