How To Access The XAMPP Webpages From Another Network/PC?

I have setup XAMPP an i and to access it from another PC in another network. How do i do this, do i enter my IP adress? How do i find this? I tried showmyip.com and entered it in, it came up with the router settings(control panel)! Please help!
