How do I change charset=UTF 8 ?
I tired many things about it but nothing to do..

e.g.

httpd.conf AddDefaultCharset UTF-8 < I've added
php.ini default_charset = "UTF-8" <I've added

And all my .php and html files included with this line:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=UTF-8" />

But somethings wrong.... Default Server charset is still iso-8859-1 and some google ads shown as wrong language..
