hello, 1st off, im new to this ! go easy on me,lol. 2ndly i followed the steps in http://community.apachefriends.org/f/viewtopic.php?t=14173. im using no-ip to get a DNS ie " sa3bin.something.com " question, where do i put this exactly so i can be seen loive? when i point to the link i go straight to my xampp control panel, that cant be good?? in httpd.conf do i not change the " listen " and if so, how??? i really need someone who is easy on beginers to help me along, would be GREATLY appreciated !!! please excuse any typos.

I see under construction page with a clock.

im having problems, i deleted xampp index.php and replaced it with my index.php, im having to place all my pages inside C:\xampp\xampp , how can i get them into the WWW folder and be seen from there? also ...when i point to a php page i get "" Warning: main(phpAuth_functions.php) [function.main]: failed to open stream: No such file or directory in C:\xampp\www\Sa3bin\mywebcams.php on line 2
