Flash display problem

Hi,

I have problems with xampp install in windows xp sp2. I host a phpnuke portal and i put in a flash theme that the haeder flash don't display even the flash button with home, download, forum....

Is there a config somewhere or is it a windows xp issue?

i try it in someone else PC and work just fine!

I even format windows xp and all that, install Xampp first adn same problems appear???
